Two Sri Lankan players were included in the ICC Women’s Player of the Month
The International Cricket Council announced the nominees for the ICC Women’s Player of the Month award for May. For the first time, two Sri Lankan players were included in the nominee list. Sri Lanka’s women’s team captain Chamari Athapaththu, Sri Lanka’s batter Harshitha Madavi, and 19-year-old Thai Thipatcha Putthawong have been named as nominees.
