Sri Lanka into the Final with a One run Win
Sri Lanka won by 01 run against West Indies and qualified for the final of the Tournament. West Indies captain Jason Holder won the toss and elected to field first in Bulawayo. Sri Lankan scored 330 runs for lost of 7 wickets in their 50 overs and registered their highest ODI total against the West Indies. Dhananja de Silva (58), Niroshan Dickwella (94) and Kusal Mendis (94) played brilliantly and helped Sri Lanka to put a mammoth total against Windies.
In reply When Australia chasing this target they fall just 01 run short and they manage to score 329 runs in their 50 overs. Evin Lewis batted brilliantly and fought hard to chasse this big score unfortunately he run out for 148 runs. Jason Holder and tail enders hang around and take the game to the very last ball. But Sri Lankan able to beat West Indies by 1 run and qualified to the final of the Tri- Series.
