England Women won the series

England Women’s team registered 7 wickets win over India Women’s team, in 3rd T20 and the final match of Series at the Bristol on Thursday. England women’s team Captain Amy Jones won the coin toss and elected to bowl first.

Indian players couldn’t get a good start and they lost 5 wickets with in 10 overs for jus 35 runs. However end of their 20 overs they manage to score 122 runs for lost of 8 wickets. Richa Ghosh was the top scorer with 33 runs. Deepti Sharma made 24 valuable runs. For England Sophie Ecclestone claimed 3 wickets.

In reply that England women’s chased it comfortably. They had 70 runs opening partnership between Sophia Dunkley and Danielle Wyatt. Danielle Wyatt made 22 runs and Sophia Dunkley got out one run short of her half century. Alice Capsey scored an unbeaten 38 runs and finished the game. England women’s made 126 runs for lost of 3 wickets in 18.2 overs and it claimed 2-1 series win for England.

Sophia Dunkley  named as the player of the series
