West Indies lost to Scotland

Scotland registered 42 runs win over West Indies, in 3rd match of the ICC T20 World Cup at the Hobart on Monday. West Indies captain Nicholas Pooran won the coin toss and elected to ball first.

After losing the toss Scotland made 160 runs for lost of 5 wickets in their 20 overs. George Munsey and Michael Jones made solid partnership for the first wicket and made 55 runs. George Munsey was the top scorer with an unbeaten 66 runs. For the West Indies Alzarri Joseph and Jason Holder claimed 2 wickets each.

In reply that West Indies bowled out for 118 runs in 18.3 overs. West Indies hasn’t had a good start and they lost wickets in regular intervals. At the back stage of the innings Jason Holder tried to score some quick runs. But it doesn’t helped Windies to cross over the line. Holder scored 38 runs. For Scotland Mark Watt claimed 3 wickets.
