September 25: West Indies won the Champions Trophy

On This Day in 2004, West Indies beat England by two wickets to win their first ICC Champions Trophy. England batted first and they bowled out for 217 runs in 49.4 overs. In reply that West Indies chased down that target successfully in 48.5 overs.
