Chaminda Vaas is named the Head Coach of Dhaka Dominators

Sri Lankan legendary fast bowler Chaminda Vass has been named the head coach of the Dhaka Dominators in the upcoming Bangladesh Premier League. The Dhaka Dominators were established in 2012 as the Dhaka Gladiators, and they became the Champions in 2012 and 2013. In 2013, the franchise was sold, and they rebranded as the Dhaka Dynamites. In 2015, Sri Lankan legend Kumar Sangakkara led the side.

Bangladesh pacer Taskin Ahmed will lead the side in the eighth edition of the Bangladesh Premier League, while Sri Lankan batsman Dilshan Munaweera and Sri Lankan all-rounder Chamika Karunarathne have signed with the Dhaka Gladiators.
