Sri Lanka Women’s team qualified for the Asia Cup Final
Si Lanka Women’s registered 1 run win over Pakistan women’s and qualified for the Women’s Asia Cup final.
After wining the toss Sri Lanka women’s Team batted first and scored 122 runs for lost of 6 wickets in their 20 overs. Harshitha Madavi was the top scorer with 35 runs. For Pakistan Nashra Sandhu claimed 3 wickets. In reply that Pakistan women’s came closer but they couldn’t cross the line. They made 121 runs for 6 wickets in their 20 overs. Skipper Bismah Maroof scored 42 runs.
Once again Inoka Ranaweera brilliant with the ball. She took 2 wickets for just 17 runs.
After 14 years, Sri Lanka women’s team qualified for the Women’s Asia Cup final for the 5th time.
India and Sri Lanka will play the Asia Cup final on 15th of October.
