India registered a 10-wicket win over Sri Lanka in the final match of the ACC Asia Cup on October 17 at R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo. At the end of the ACC Asia Cup 2023 final, Mohammed Siraj dedicated his Player of the Match prize money of $5000 to the ground staff of Colombo. “This cash prize goes to the groundsmen.
