We are Sri Lanka play like Sri Lankans says Chris Silverwood

Ahead of the T20I series between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, Head Coach of the Sri Lanka Cricket Team, Chris Silverwood, has joined the pre-series press conference to express his thoughts and plans about the series and the upcoming T20I World Cup.

“It will be a very competitive series between two good sides and What happens in the past for me that’s history now it’s gone I think what we have to do is certainly from our perspective is concentrate on what’s in front of us” Chris Silverwood said. 

“We have played some very good T20 cricket, So I expect that to continue. I expect us to continue to grow our game plans and continue to develop as a team and as players and keep working hard towards that. And ultimately playing our own brand of Cricket going into the World Cup.” Chris Silverwood spoke about the team’s World Cup preparation. “We are Sri Lanka play like Sri Lankans and that’s what we are going to aim to do.” Silverwood extends his explanation.
