The third and final ODI of the series between India Women and Bangladesh Women was tied on Saturday at Shere Bangla National Stadium, Dhaka. Bangladesh Women batted first and scored 225 runs for the loss of five wickets in their 50 overs. In reply, India’s women were bowled out for 225 runs in 49.3 overs. However, during the 4th ball of the 34th over, Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur was given LBW for 14 runs. She wasn’t happy about the decision of the umpire and hit the Stumps with her bat in anger.

At the end of the match, Harmanpreet Kaur talked about this controversial incident. “Even apart from the cricket,the kind of umpiring that was happening surprised us very much.” The next time we come to Bangladesh, we will make sure we have to deal with this type of umpiring and prepare ourselves accordingly, Harmanpreet Kaur said.
