Wanindu Hasaranga was fined 50% of the match fee
Sri Lankan all rounder, Wanindu Hasaranga has been reprimanded for breaching the ICC Code of Conduct in the 3rd ODI against Afghanistan at Pallekele. The incident took place during Hasaranga’s third over when Najibullah Zadran’s LBW decision was overturned by the third umpire.
However, Wanidu Hasaranga was found guilty, and he received one demerit point, his first in a 24-month period. He was also fined 50% of his match fees.
Wanindu Hasaranga has been reprimanded for breaching ICC Code of Conduct during the final ODI against Afghanistan.
