WATCH : Sri Lankans were very excited about Chamari’s performance in WBBL

Sri Lankan women’s team captain Chamari Athapaththu is having a good outing in the ongoing Women’s Big Bash League 2023. She was the 2nd-highest run scorer in this year’s tournament, with 511 runs and 5 fifties. For her outstanding performance, Chamari’s team, Sydney Thunder, has named a specially dedicated seating zone “Chamari Bay” at Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG). Sri Lankans who currently live in Australia expressed their thoughts about this and said that, as Sri Lankans, it’s really a proud moment for all of us.

Also, they were very excited about Chamari Athapaththu’s performance, and they said that they were proud of Chamari.
