Sri Lanka hasn’t had a good record against South Africa, Pakistan and Australia

Sri Lanka hasn’t had a good outing in the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 so far. They have played three matches, and unfortunately, they have lost all three matches against South Africa, Pakistan, and Australia. With those three defeats, Sri Lanka is at the bottom of the World Cup points table.

Sri Lanka lost their opening match against South Africa by 102 runs, and they lost their second match against Pakistan by 6 wickets. Also, Australia registered a five-wicket win over Sri Lanka in Sri Lanka’s third match of the World Cup.

When we look at Sri Lanka’s record against these three oppositions, Sri Lanka hasn’t had a good record against them.

Sri Lanka never won against Pakistan, and they have only won against Australia and South Africa in World Cup matches.
