Sri Lanka registered a 21-run thriller win over the Netherlands in the second match of the Super Six stage in the ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifiers 2023 on Friday at Bulawayo. Sri Lankan all-rounder Dhananjaya de Silva played a gem of an innings against the Netherlands and rescued Sri Lanka from a big collapse. Dhananjaya de Silva came out to bat when Sri Lanka lost 4 wickets for 34 runs in 7 overs and played a solid knock under pressure. He formed a valuable partnership with a low middle-order batsman and helped Sri Lanka post a competitive total on the board.
