Jhye Richardson destroyed the Sydney Sixers

The Perth Scorchers registered a 38-run win over the Sydney Sixers in the 6th match of the Big Bash League on Saturday at Perth. The Perth Scorchers captain, Ashton Turner, won the coin toss and elected to bat first.

After winning the toss, the Perth Scorchers scored 155 runs for the loss of nine wickets in their 20 overs. Aaron Hardie was the top scorer with 55 runs, and Ashton Agar scored 24 runs. Both Aaron Hardie and Ashton Agar added 71 runs for the sixth wicket. For the Sydney Sixers, Jackson Bird claimed three wickets.

In reply, the Sydney Sixers were bowled out for 117 runs in their 20 overs. Jordan Silk scored 41 runs, and Hayden Kerr scored 42 runs. Other than that, no one was able to cross the double-figure mark. For the Perth Scorchers, Jhye Richardson claimed 4 wickets for just 9 runs in his 4 overs.
