India remain unbeaten

India registered a comfortable 50-run win over Bangladesh in the 47th match of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua on Saturday. Bangladesh captain Najmul Hossain Shanto won the toss and opted to bowl first.

After losing the toss, India scored 196 runs for a loss of 5 wickets in their 20 overs. Virat Kohli scored 37 runs,d Rishabh Pant scored 36 runs. Hardik Pandya and Shivam Dube madmade a ru-runrtnership for the 5th wicket. Shivam Dube scored 34 runs. Hardik Pandya smashed an unbeaten 50 runs in 27 balls.

In reply to that, Bangladesh managed to score 146 runs for a loss of 8 wickets in their 20 overs. Najmul Hossain Shanto was the top scorer with 40 runs and Tanzid Hasan scored 29 runs. At the back end of the inning, Rishad Hossain smashed 24 runs in 10 balls. For India, Kuldeep Yadav claimed 3 wickets, while Jasprit Bumrah and Arshdeep Singh chipped in with 2 wickets each.
