Harsha Bhogle remembered Sanath Jayasuriya during the WTC

During the ICC World Test Championship Final between India and Australia, Harsha Bhogle remembered Sanath Jayasuriya on the commentary. The incident happened during the 57th over of Australia’s first innings, when Travis Head smashed a cracking boundary. At that moment, Harsha Bhogle said, “I remember the director once turning his camara crew and Jayasuriya was batting; don’t bother following the ball; just give it to me when it hits the boundary rope. “Because balls travel that quickly.”

Former Sri Lankan captain Sanath Jayasuriya is well known as the “Master Blaster” for his hard-hitting ability. He is the first player to score a century in less than 50 balls in international cricket.
