Kandy Falcons all-rounder Chamika Karunarathne was ruled out of the match after getting the ball hit on his face while he was trying to take the catch from Nuwanidu Fernando. He went off the field with blood in his mouth. However, Daren Ganga said during the commentary that Chamika Karunarathne has lost one of his teeth.
