Chamari Athapaththu clinches first place in the rankings

Sri Lanka women’s team captain Chamari Athapaththu has risen to first in the latest ICC Women’s ODI batting rankings following the conclusion of the ODI series between Sri Lanka and South Africa. Chamari Athapaththu smashed an unbeaten 195 runs during the chasing target of 302 to win, which was recorded as the highest successful run-chase in women’s ODIs.  Aslo Chamari Athapaththu has progressed two places to 9th in the latest ICC Women’s ODI all-rounder rankings.
