Australia Legends win by 6 wickets
Australia Legends registered 6 wickets win over England Legends, in 20th T20 of the Road Safety World Series at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium on Tuesday. England Legends Captain Ian Bell won the coin toss and elected to bat first.
After winning the toss England made 160 runs for lost of 6 wickets in their 20 overs. England had a solid start with 58 opening stand between Dimitri Mascarenhas and Phil Mustard. Phil Mustard and Darren Maddy scored 34 runs each.
In reply that Australia chased down the target successfully with in 13.4 overs. Australia Legends openers made 57 runs partnership. Skipper Shane Watson was the top scorer with 47 runs. Ben Dunk scored quick 42 runs in just 13 balls. However Australia Legends made 164 runs for lost of 4 wickets.
