Sri Lanka squad for upcoming ODI series against Bangladesh

The 18-member Sri Lanka squad has been named for the ODI series against Bangladesh. It is captained by opener Kusal Perera and vice captained by Kusal Mendis. Kusal Perera has not previously captained the Sri Lankan team. The squad consists of a number of young players. Binura Fernando and Shiran Fernando are the new members of the team. The team leaves for Bangladesh on the 16th May 2021 to take part in a 03 match ODI series.
