Uncapped Chaminda replace Injured Chameera
29 years old left hand medium fast bowler Chaminda Bandara replace Injured Dushmantha Chameera for Sri Lanka tour in England. Dushmantha Chameera has sustained an injury to his lower back, and will be returning to Colombo for further treatment and rest.
He is from St.Mary’s College Kegalle. Chaminda Bandara played for Kandy Youth Cricket Club, Sinhalese Sports Club and Sri Lanka Ports Authority Cricket Club in Domestic tournaments and he has played 51 First Class Matches and able to pick up 141 Wickets. He took 33 wickets from 9 matches in AIA Premier League Tournament 2015/16. In his last First Class match he pick up 12 Wickets against Sri Lanka Army.
