Sri Lankan cricketers appreciated Rohit Sharma’s decision

India registered 67 runs over Sri Lanka in the 1st ODI of the series on Tuesday. During the fourth ball of the last over of the match, Mohammed Shami mankaded Dasun Shanaka, who was on 98. When Shami’s appeal was filed, the umpire took the decision upstairs to the third umpire. After that, Indian skipper Rohit Sharma decided to withdraw their appeal for the run out at the non-striker’s end. Eventually, Dasun Shanaka completed his second hundred in ODI matches.

However, at the end of the match, many Sri Lankan cricketers appreciated Rohit Sharma’s decision to withdraw their appeal.
