Smart decision by Lala to use Sarfaraz Ahmed – Shoaib Malik
Former Pakistan captain and all-rounder Shoaib Malik praised Pakistan cricket team chief selector Shahid Afridi’s decision to include Sarfaraz Ahmed as a wicketkeeper batsman in the playing XI for the first Test against New Zealand at Karachchi. Also, Malik suggests that Sarfaraz Ahmed be brought back to the ODI side as well.
– Smart decision by Lala @SAfridiOfficial to use @SarfarazA_54 in test playing 11 today. I would suggest to use him in ODI's too as he is very handy in the middle overs, as the next white ball worldcup is around the corner. Good ton by @babarazam258 too.

All the best boys !
The Champions Trophy-winning captain, Sarfaraz Ahmed, was dropped from the all format of the game, and he made a strong comeback with a much-needed 50 for Pakistan as well as himself. He scored 86 runs. He came out to bat, when Pakistan were at spot of bother with 110 runs for lost of 4 wickets. Sarfaraz and Babar Azam eventually put on a 196-run partnership for the fifth wicket, reversing the disastrous start.
