Sanju Samson is ruled out of the T20I series against Sri Lanka

BCCI announced that Sanju Samson has been ruled out of the remainder of the T20I series due to an injury. According to the report, he injured his left knee while attempting to field a ball near the boundary during the first T20I between Sri Lanka and India.

Jitesh Sharma has been named as a replacement for the injured Sanju Samson by the All-India Senior Selection Committee.
