Nicholas Pooran took the game away from SRH

Lucknow Super Giants registered a 7-wicket win over Sunrisers Hyderabad in the 58th match of the Indian Premier League 2023 on Saturday at Hyderabad. Sunrisers Hyderabad captain Aiden Markram won the coin toss and elected to bat first.

After winning the toss, Sunrisers Hyderabad scored 182 runs for the loss of six wickets in their 20 overs. Heinrich Klaasen was the top scorer with 47 runs, and Abdul Samad scored 37 runs. Anmolpreet Singh contributed with 36 runs, while Aiden Markram scored 28 runs.

In reply to that, the Lucknow Super Giants chased down the target successfully and scored 185 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in 19.2 overs. Prerak Mankad played a key role and scored an unbeaten 64 runs. Marcus Stoinis scored 40 runs in 25 balls, and Nicholas Pooran smashed an unbeaten 44 runs in 13 balls.
