Najmul Hossain Shanto appointed as Bangladesh all-format captain
The Bangladesh Cricket Board appointed Najmul Hossain Shanto as their captain in the all-format for one year. However, Bangladesh current captain Shakib Al Hasan will lead the T20I side till the upcoming T20 World Cup in June in the West Indies and USA. Najmul Hossain Shanto’s first assignment will be the home series against Sri Lanka in March.
