India beat Windies for the 3rd consecutive time in a Test

India won by an Innings and 92 runs against 1st Test of the Three Match series against West Indies. India won the toss and they elected to bat first and they made 566 runs for lost of 8 wickets. Virat Kohli scored his first Double hundred in here and he made 168 runs partnership with Ravichandran Ashwin. In reply West Indies all out for 243 and Kraigg Brathwaite made 74 runs. Windies started their second innings 323 behind and they manage to score 231 runs in 2nd Innings.Ravichandran Ashwin took 7 wickets in 2nd Innings of west Indies. It claim Innings and 92 runs victory for Team India. Ravichandran Ashwin named man of the match for his all-round performance with the bat and ball. He scored 113 runs and took 7 wickets.

This is the 3rd consecutive time that India have beat West Indies by an Innings. Previously They have beat West Indies by Innings and 51 runs in Kolkata, Then in Mumbai India won by Innings and 126 runs in 2013.
