India beat the West Indies in the third ODI to clinch the series

India registered a huge 200-run win over the West Indies in the 3rd ODI of the series on Tuesday at Trinidad. West Indies captain Shai Hope won the coin toss and opted to bowl first.

After losing the toss, India got off to a flying start, and Ishan Kishan and Shubman Gill made 143 runs for the first wicket. Shubman Gill was the top scorer with 85 runs, and Ishan Kishan scored 77 runs. Sanju Samson contributed 51 runs, and Skipper  Hardik Pandya scored an unbeaten 70 runs. Eventually, India put a huge total on the board and scored 351 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in their 50 overs.

In reply, the West Indies were bowled out for 151 runs in 35.3 overs. Gudakesh Motie was the top scorer for the West Indies with an unbeaten 39 runs, and Alick Athanaze scored 32 runs. Alzarri Joseph contributed 26 runs. For India, Shardul Thakur claimed four wickets.
