Huge win for England

England registered an 181-run win over New Zealand in the 3rd ODI of the series on Wednesday at Kennington Oval in London. New Zealand captain Tom Latham won the toss and opted to bowl first.

After losing the toss, England get off to a shaky start as they lose two early wickets. After that, Dawid Malan and Ben Stokes made a 199-run partnership for the third wicket and rebuilt the innings. Unfortunately, Dawid Malan was dismissed for 96 runs. Ben Stokes was the top scorer with 182 runs in 124 balls. After that, Jos Buttler and Ben Stokes made a 78-run partnership for the 4th wicket until Jos Buttler was dismissed for 38 runs. Eventually, England was bowled out for 368 in 48.1 overs. For New Zealand, Trent Boult claimed five wickets, while Ben Lister chipped in with three.

In reply to that, England were bowled out for 187 runs in 39 overs. Glenn Phillips was the top scorer with 72 runs, and Rachin Ravindra scored 28 runs. Daryl Mitchell contributed 17 runs. For England, Liam Livingstone and Chris Woakes claimed three wickets each.
