Chamari Athapaththu will replace Lauren Bell for UP Warriorz in the WPL
UP Warrioz announced that they have picked Sri Lankan women’s team captain Chamari Athapaththu as a replacement for English cricketer Lauren Bell after she withdrawn from the upcoming edition of the upcoming Women’s Premier League.
Chamari Athapaththu has been signed for her base price of INR 30 lakh, and she went unsold during the WPL 2024 auction.
