Bangladesh whitewashed T20 Champions

Bangladesh registered a 16 win over England in the 3rd and final T20I of the series on Thursday at Dhaka. England captain Jos Buttler won the coin toss and elected to bowl first.

After losing the toss, Bangladesh scored 158 runs for the loss of 2 wickets in their 20 overs. Litton Das was the top scorer with 73 runs. Both Rony Talukdar and Litton Das made a 55-run partnership for the first wicket until Rony Talukdar was dismissed for 24 runs. After that, Najmul Hossain Shanto joined with Das and made 84 runs for the second wicket. Najmul Hossain Shanto scored an unbeaten 47 runs.

In reply, England managed to score 142 runs for the loss of six wickets in their 20 overs. England lost their first wicket early. But Dawid Malan and Jos Buttler rebuilt the innings and made a 95-run partnership for the second wicket until Dawid Malan was dismissed for 53 runs. In the very next ball, Jos Buttler ran out for 40 runs. After that, England lost the momentum, and Bangladesh bowlers put pressure back on England.
