Afghanistan has banned three players

The Afghanistan Cricket Board has decided not to give permission or an NOC to participate in foreign leagues with their three players, Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Naveen-ul-Haq, and Fazalhaq Farooqi, for the next two years. Also, their intention is to be released from their annual central contracts for one year.
