Dasun Shanaka wins the game for Sri Lanka says Lasith Malinga
Sri Lanka registered a three-run win over Bangladesh in the first T20I of the series at Sylhet on Monday. Sri Lanka batted first and scored 206 runs for a loss of 3 wickets in their 20 overs. In reply to that, Bangladesh managed to score 203 runs for a loss of eight wickets in their 20 overs. Former Sri Lankan captain Dasun Shanaka depended on 12 runs in the last over and considered only 8 runs to clinch the trilling win over the home side.
After the trilling win, former Sri Lankan players tweeted and appreciated Dasun Shanaka’s match-winning performance in the last over.
Sri Lankan all-rounder Farveez Maharoof said that Dasun used all his experience in a crunch situation and delivered.

Sri Lankan pacer Lasith Malinga tweeted and said that Dasun Shanaka won the game for Sri Lanka with a well-executed last over. Also, Lasith Malinga has mentioned the young Matheesha Pathirana and said that these are valuable lessons for the youngster.
