Shaheen Shah Afridi returned to the International Cricket

The Pakistan Cricket Board has announced their squads for the upcoming home series against New Zealand. After a defeat against Afghanistan, Pakistan is ready to take on New Zealand with their full strength. Babar Azam will lead the ODI and T20I sides, while Shadab Khan is named as vice-captain. Pakistan’s main fast bowler, Shaheen Shah Afridi, returned to the team after four months.

Both Pakistan and New Zealand will play five ODIs and five T20Is. The first Twenty20 International will be played on Friday, April 14 in Lahore, and the ODI series will begin on April 26.
