New Zealand registered a convincing win over Bangladesh

New Zealand registered a convincing 77-run win over Bangladesh , in 1st ODI of the Three match series, at the Christchurch on Monday. New Zealand Captain Kane Williamson won the coin toss, and elected to bat first

New Zealand were off to a shaky start, as they lost Martin Guptill as the first wicket in 6th Over. At the score of 79 New Zealand lost their 2nd Wicket. Skipper Kane Williamson dismissed for 31 runs. Following of his dismissal, Neil Broom came in to middle and join with the Kiwis opening batsman Tom Latham. Both Latham and Broom made 55 runs partnership for the 3rd Wicket, before Neil Broom fell for 22 runs. 24 runs later in 29th over James Neesham got out for 12 runs. After that Colin Munro join the party and went past his 3rd half-century in ODI matches. He scored 87 runs in 61 balls with 8 fours and 4 sixes. However he dismissed in 47th Over. New Zealand Opener Tom Latham(137) eventually went past his 2nd ODI century. while in the bowling department, it was Shakib al Hasan, who claimed three wickets. At the End of their 50 overs New Zealand manage to score 341 runs for lost of 7 wickets and set a target of 342 runs for Bangladesh to chasse.

In reply Bangladesh  lost their first wicket at the score of 34. For Bangladesh, it was Shakib Al Hasan , who was the top scorer with 59 runs. Unfortunately Bangladesh experiences batsman Mushfiqur Rahim had to retire hurt after a hamstring when he is on 42. However, it was Mosaddek Hossain started to play some sh0ts in the latter stage of the innings, but it was too little too late. He scored unbeaten 50 runs. Eventually Bangladesh all out for 264 runs in 44.5 overs. It clam 77 runs victory for home side in 1st ODI of the Three match series.
