Netherlands claimed their first win in Super 12 stage

Netherlands registered 5 wickets win over Zimbabwe, in 34th T20I of the T20I World Cup at the Adelaide on Wednesday. Zimbabwe Captain
Craig Ervine won the coin toss and elected to bat first.

After the winning the toss Zimbabwe bowled out for 117 runs in 19.2 overs. Sikandar Raza was the top scorer with 40 runs in 24 balls. Sean Williams made 28 runs. Other than that no one able to score double figure score. For Netherlands Paul van Meekeren claimed 3 wickets.

In reply that Netherlands chased down the target with in 18 overs. They scored 120 runs for lost of 5 wickets and claimed their first win in Super 12 stage. Max ODowd was the top scorer with 52 runs. Tom Cooper scored 32 runs.

Even though Netherlands won the match, they were eliminated from the competition.
