Naseem Shah has been ruled out from Asia Cup

Pakistan pacer Naseem Shah has been ruled out for the remainder of the Asia Cup due to a shoulder injury. He was injured during the Asia Cup match against India.

The Pakistan Cricket Board said that Naseem Shah continues to be monitored by the team’s medical panel, which is taking all necessary precautions keeping in mind the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023.

Right-arm fast bowler Zaman Khan will replace injured Naseem Shah in Pakistan for the ongoing Asia Cup 2023. According to the PCB, he will join the squad Wednesday morning.
