Mickey Arthur will have knowledge of the conditions in Sri Lanka – Babar Azam
The Pakistan team will depart for Sri Lanka on July 8 to take part in the two-match Test series between Sri Lanka and Pakistan, and they will arrive in Sri Lanka on July 9. Pakistan skipper Babar Azam joined the media conference before they left Pakistan.
“Pakistan team will benefit from the input of Mickey Arthur, as he was Sri Lanka’s head coach for a couple of years. He will have knowledge of the conditions in Sri Lanka, and his experience with the side will further help us prepare for the upcoming series.” Babar Azam said
Both Test matches will be included in the third cycle of the ICC World Test Championship, which is scheduled to begin on July 16 at Galle, and the second and final Tests will be played at SSC from July 24th.
