Maheesh Theekshana and Asalanka climbed up in the rankings
At the end of the 2nd T20I between Sri Lanka and New Zealand, Sri Lanka’s off-spinner Maheesh Theekshana has progressed three places to 10th in the latest ICC Men’s T20I Bowling Rankings. He bowled two economical spells during two matches against the Kiwis. Also, Sri Lankan middle-order batsman Charith Asalanka climbed 12 places to equal 23rd on the latest ICC Men’s T20I Bowling Rankings. Charith Asalanka scored 67 runs in the first T20I, while he scored 24 runs in the second T20I.
