08 Sri Lankan players included in the IPL auction List

The Indian Premier League 2024 (IPL) Player Auction has been announced, and the auction will be held in Dubai at the Coca-Cola Arena on December 19th, 2023. 264 players were included in the list, and only 8 Sri Lankans were included in the list. However, Sri Lanka’s most experienced all-rounder and former captain Angelo Mathews are not on the list.

From Sri Lanka, Wanindu Hasaranga was included in the list with a reserve price of Rs 150 lakh. Kusal Mendis, Dilshan Madushanka, Charith Asalanka, Dasun Shanka, Dushmantha Chameera, Nuwan Thushara, and Lahiru Kumara were included in the list with a reserve price of Rs 50 lakh.
