Most Expensive players in LPL Auction 2023
The first ever Lanka Premier League auction was held on Wednesday in Colombo, and 91 players were sold in the auction. Sri Lankan young pacer Dilshan Madushanka becomes the most expensive player to be bought in the LPL 2023 auction. He sold to the Jaffna Kings for $92,000. Charith Asalanka was the next most expensive player in the LPL 2023 after Sam Curran and was also sold to the Jaffna Kings for $80,000. Both Binura Fernando and Dhananjaya de Silva were in third place with $76,000 each. Both players were sold to Dambulla Aura.
