Abhishek Sharma took the game away from CSK

Sunrisers Hyderabad registered a comfortable six-wicket win over Chennai Super Kings in the 18th match of the Indian Premier League 2024 at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad on Friday. Sunrisers Hyderabad captain Pat Cummins won the toss and opted to bowl first.
After losing the toss, the Chennai Super Kings scored 165 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in their 20 overs. Shivam Dube was the top scorer with 45 runs, and Ajinkya Rahane scored 35 runs. Ravindra Jadeja scored an unbeaten 31 runs.
In reply to that, Sunrisers Hyderabad chased down the target successfully and scored 166 runs for a loss of 4 wickets in 18.1 overs. Aiden Markram was the top scorer with 50 runs, and Travis Head scored 31. Abhishek Sharma smashed 37 runs in 12 balls and took the game away from Chennai.
